The emotion I
tried to get away from was fear. The emotion you prefer to get away from might be guilt, shame, anger, sadness, grief, resentment, frustration, loneliness, anxiety, depression, distrust... pick the feeling most familiar to you, so it resonates.
In all honesty, though shifting into the feeling of gratitude is a common practice, it wasn't doing it for me. I also knew, once in gratitude, it's truly one of the most
fulfilling feelings ever.
In order to deal with this fear eventually, I kept looking for something else.
After many years of dismissing what didn't work, and many financial investments in personal growth and development, I was finally able to have something really working for me.
I processed massive amounts of fear of rejection and abandonment. One of my additional
achievements was processing generational emotional patterns.
