A few weeks ago, something unexpected happened. Only men showed up to a call that’s usually open to everyone. No women this time. Just men. And in that space, something raw, real, and rare unfolded.

The silence was honest. The stories pure. Emotional restriction came lose and released - powerful. Something profound shifted. Let me share why...

This
one line brought all the clarity I felt I needed as a coach: "Good there's no woman here or I wouldn't open up on this call." The honesty of this man's words, I still feel honor.
